- 1953 Commenced Circlip production.
- 1960-70 Steady expansion in Europe & USA & company acquired by Southcros Ltd.
- Opened overseas branch in Italy.
- 1970-80 Won the ‘Queens Award for Export Achievement’.
- Ownership changed as company became part of the Aurora Group & company became Anderton International Ltd.
- 1980-90 Further development & production enhancements including Induction Heat Treatment.
- Acquired the Salterfix retaining ring business.
- Achieved numerous quality accreditations including – ISO 9002, Q1,VDA6, EAQF A grade.
- 1983 Acquisition by SKF Fastening Systems (including Seeger-Orbis D, Seeger Reno Brazil & Waldes/IRR USA.
- 1995 SKF sold Retaining Ring Group to TransTechnology Corporation USA.
- 1996/97 Seeger factory in Eichen closed & transferred to Anderton UK.
- 1999 Commenced relocation & consolidation of business on the Ellison site in Glusburn to create TransTechnology GB.

- 1970-80 Developed ‘in house’ wire production & introduced new packaging techniques ‘stacked’ Circlips.

- Opened overseas branches in Germany (initially Saarbruecken, later Krefeld) & France (Paris).

- 1980-90 Further development & acquisition of additional businesses in production of spring washers & metal finishing (zinc plating).

- Opened additional branch in Spain (Barcelona) & introduced 100% tested Circlips.

- Achieved numerous quality accreditations including – ISO 9002, Q1,VDA6, EAQF A grade..

- Won the ‘Queens Award for Export Achievement on 3 occasions between 1972 & 1997.

- 1997 Relocated to new facility in Glusburn & achieved QS 9000.

- 1999 Business acquired by TransTechnology Corporation USA.
