Design capability
The expertise we have amassed over 50 years puts Cirteq design firmly at the forefront of circlip innovation and development. The provision of in-house prototyping and tool manufacturing helps our design engineers operate as an extension of the design and manufacturing capability of many of our customers, in new product development. These relationships ensure that we can provide the ideas and solutions for the increasingly complex problems being faced by engineering component specifiers.
Advanced manufacturing
Every stage in the production of the Cirteq circlip is carried out on site including a comprehensive heat treatment, surface treatment and grinding facility. Uniquely, we have our own in-house wire production facility capable of producing the raw material for our entire range. Single pass rolling and shaping, in-line individual function testing and high quality specialised finishing guarantees 100% reliability and optimum performance.
